A Retro-inspired Kid's Portrait Session at the TWA Hotel

Themed sessions can be fun and editorial. Inspired by the movie "Catch me if you can" featuring Leonardo DiCaprio, we developed a unique concept to Celebrate this sweet boy's Birthday photo session.

The TWA Hotel at the JFK Airport in New York is a marvelous location, completely retro-inspired. It was the perfect setting for our Portrait session.

Our Birthday boy got to be a real pilot for the day and loved every minute of it!

The TWA Hotel is a unique and iconic location, with a retro feel that's reminiscent of the golden age of air travel. The young boy was dressed in a pilot suit, complete with a hat, which added an extra layer of excitement to the shoot. He was clearly excited to be playing the part of a pilot, and his energy was infectious.

We started by taking some posed shots of the young boy in his pilot suit, against the backdrop of the TWA Hotel. The architecture and decor of the hotel were the perfect complement to the pilot theme, and the photos turned out beautifully. The young boy was a natural in front of the camera, and he struck a variety of poses that perfectly captured the spirit of the shoot.
