I love yoga


I have a deep love for both yoga and pilates, and I make it a priority to attend classes 5 to 6 times a week. I'm a proud member of my local yoga studio in Ridgewood, Queens. It's an absolutely amazing feeling.

I love cooking


Amidst the pandemic, I picked up cooking, and ever since, I've been immersing myself in the world of quality ingredients and wholesome meals. I prioritize healthy, unprocessed food. I take pleasure in preparing dinner for my family five days a week, drawing inspiration from the recipes of author Alex Snodgrass.

I love my husband


I tied the knot at 40, and I'm deeply in love with my husband. Our household includes my 17-year-old stepson, and we reside in a plant-filled apartment in Ridgewood, Queens. With my husband's passion for collecting records, music is a constant presence in our home. We're currently in the process of planning to add a furry friend to our family soon.

I love the Sauna


My husband introduced me to the world of saunas, and I've developed quite a fondness for them. Finnish saunas and Russian banyas are my absolute favorites, with temperatures ranging from 125 to 215°F. Recently, we had an incredible experience at Koena Spa in Ottawa, and we're eagerly anticipating our visit to The Well in Oslo. Closer to home, we frequent The Bathhouse Flatiron in the city, where we particularly enjoy the aufguss, cold plunge, infrared, Finnish, and Banya experiences. Plus, the food there is fantastic!
